Seated Chest Press, Inner Thigh, Vertical Butterfly, Outer Thigh, Shoulder Press, Calf Raise, Lateral Pulldown, Leg Press, Bicep Curl, Smith Machine, Tricep Extension, Flat Incline Bench, Rotary Torso, Crossover Cable Station, Abdominal Crunch, Horizontal Leg Curl, and Leg Extension.

Cardiovascular :

3 Life Fitness Treadmills, 3 Life Fitness Stairsteppers, 1 Versa Climber, 1 Concept II Rower, 5 Life Fitness Recumbent Bikes, and 2 Elliptical Machines.

Free Weights:

Dumbell set (5 lbs. - 50 lbs.) and Weight benches.

8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Saturday - Sunday
2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
