Is your friend commuting? Wouldn’t it be nice if they lived on-campus and you could hang out more often? There are a few hall spaces available now for the fall and also starting the winter quarter. Talk to them about the opportunity to move in. If they are interested in living on-campus all they have to do is submit a contract online through the Housing StudentWeb.

DINING HOURS FOR VETERAN’S DAY HOLIDAY

Please note that the campus will be closed on Monday, November 11, 2013 in observance of the Veteran’s Day Holiday. Below is a listing of the food venues that will be open.
Los Olivos:
Monday Nov. 11th – Brunch & Dinner – 11AM – 1PM & 5PM – 7:30PM
Vista Market:
Monday Nov. 11th – 10AM – 1AM
Denny’s:
Monday Nov. 11th – 10AM – 12AM

We will need to enter these suites to do the following: sweep & mop floors, sinks, counters, stovetop, toilet, walls and cabinet fronts in the restrooms and the kitchen. We ask that you please remove all personal items from these areas, including any rugs on the restroom floors. If your suite or area is not ready for cleaning, it will not be done or rescheduled.

EMPTY SPACE IN YOUR ROOM/SUITE?

Please do not spread out into any vacant spaces. The Housing Office will continue to place new residents in available empty spaces and you may be receiving a new roommate/suitemate for Fall Quarter. The Housing Facilities staff will be cleaning spaces that have been vacated or have been vacant during the start of the quarter. If new residents move in and your belongings prevent our staff from cleaning or prevent a new resident from moving in, you will be assessed a charge.

DO NOT SET UP WIRELESS ROUTER

Setting up wireless router is currently NOT ALLOWED in the Residence Halls/Suites. If you setup wireless router, the internet in your room will be turned off.

WANT MAIL? MAKE SURE IT IS ADDRESSED CORRECTLY

Please review the instructions on how your mailing address must be formatted and pass this information on to your friends, family, businesses, etc. Adding any extra information to your address will delay or prevent mail from being delivered to you. NEED TO SEND MAIL OUT?

Place your pre-stamped letters in the outgoing mail slot located in the lobby of your building. Mail is picked up every morning Monday through Friday. You may also take to the Bronco Copy & Mail in the Bronco Student Center your mail or items that you would like to mail out. They are equipped to meter mail/packages and send out mail.

MEAL PLAN CHANGES DURING 8TH WEEK

Meal plan changes will not be accepted until the 8th week of Fall quarter. These changes will be effective for Winter quarter. If you feel you don’t have enough meals come to the Housing office and we will request to add more.

WANT TO KNOW HOW MANY MEAL POINTS YOU HAVE LEFT?

There is an easy way to look how many meal points or meals you have remaining. You can report a LOST card. If you lose your Bronco ID card be sure to report it immediately to protect your meal points from being used. All you have to do is Register with “Manage My ID”. It is a quick process to complete.
