On-line Paper Submission
Paper Submission Process: To submit papers, visit http://edas.info/index.php and submit a paper for the conference labeled WTS 2008 (you will need to create a new account, if you do not have one already). Submitted papers should not exceed 5000 words, including an abstract (less than 200 words). To facilitate the blind review process, authors' names and affiliation should not be listed in the papers submitted for initial review.
All manuscripts should follow IEEE Computer Society Press Author Guidelines and be submitted in PDF or MS Word format following the guidelines available at: ftp://pubftp.computer.org/Press/Outgoing/Proceedings/instruct.pdf
Review Process: All submissions will be refereed blindly. Criteria for paper evaluation include relevance for the conference, importance of the topic, soundness/quality of analysis and evidence, organization, contribution to theory and practice, overall quality of the paper.
At least one listed author on the final paper must register for and attend WTS 2008 to present the paper and have it published in the Conference Proceedings.
Authors of accepted papers will be asked to submit a final copy of the paper following the IEEE PDF Requirements for Creating PDF Document for IEEE XploreŽ. Directions and templates are available at http://www.ieee.org/portal/pages/pubs/confpubcenter/index.html#a1 .
All accepted and published authors will also need to complete and send an IEEE Copyright Form to Qing-An Zeng, WTS 2008 Proceedings Editor at email@example.com or fax to Qing-An Zeng +1-513-556-7326. The IEEE Copyright Form is available at http://www.ieee.org/web/publications/rights/copyrightmain.html.
