Communications, Principles of Management, and Organizational Behavior

This website provides materials for courses (Principles of Management, Communication for Management, Advanced Communication for Management, and Multicultural Organizational Behavior) taught at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly). The courses are designed to help people become better managers, to communicate more effectively, and to use communications technologies to improve the management process. Managers plan, organize, lead, and control. They also write memos, letters, and reports and technology such as computers and fax machines. All these tasks are addressed in these courses and on this website.
