Winter 2009

  • January - Revise Timeline; Form writing subgroups; Prepare skeleton outlines
  • February - Flesh out outlines to determine data needed
  • March - Identify and begin data collection

Spring 2009

  • April - Participate in WASC Annual Meeting
  • May - Collect data from existing sources
  • June - Complete data collection from existing sources

Summer 2009

  • June - Finalize outlines for the three themes
  • July - Begin drafting the report
  • August - Continue work on drafting the report

Fall 2009

  • September - Submit draft report for full EER Committee review
  • October - Revise draft report based on EER Committee feedback; Submit draft report for Steering Committee review
  • November - Continue work on revising draft report; Collect data from additionally identified sources
  • December - Continue work on draft report; Continue additional data collection

Winter 2010

  • January - Finalize draft report and submit for first round of campus review and feedback
  • February - Continue data collection for data sets and appendices
  • March - Analyze campus feedback on report; Continue data collection

Spring 2010

  • April - Revise draft report based on campus feedback; Continue data collection
  • May - Prepare draft report for second round of campus review and feedback
  • June - Disseminate draft report for second round of campus feedback

Summer 2010

  • June - Analyze campus feedback, finalize report and select evidence for submission with report and in appendices
  • July - Submit final report to WASC; Recruit EER committee members to serve on the Planning Committee for the WASC EER Team Visit

Fall 2010

  • September - Assist Steering Committee with evidence for the WASC Team Visit
  • October - Participate in WASC EER Team Visit
