U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs’ Vet Centers

U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs’ Vet Centers

Vet Centers provide readjustment counseling to eligible veterans and their families in an effort to make a successful transition from military to civilian life. For more information, visit the VA Vet Center's website.

One-on-one sessions with a VA Counselor are available at the Veterans Resource Center on a weekly basis.  Contact the Center for future scheduled visits.

California Department of Veterans Affairs (CAL VET)

CAL VET provides aid and assistance to California veterans and families in presenting claims for veterans benefits; provides opportunities through direct low-cost loans to acquire farms and homes; and provides aged or disabled veterans with rehabilitative, residential, and medical care and services at California Veterans Homes.

Team AMVETS: College Transition Program

Team AMVETS: College Transition Program

AMVETS provides help to veterans and dependents in processing a benefits claim before the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.  For more information, visit team AMVETS.

UCLA Family Resilience Center’s FOCUS Project
