Board members of the University Education Trust (UET) include local leaders, businesspeople and Cal Poly Pomona representatives who are interested in making a difference in students' lives.

The UET is a non-profit corporation with a president, officers, executive and standing committees. The UET currently has capacity for 35 board members. There is an executive committee, finance committee, membership committee and development committee.
