To achieve its academic mission, Cal Poly Pomona counts on the loyal support of the many people it has touched, including parents, students, alumni, faculty, staff, community members, small and large businesses, corporations, foundations, municipalities, governments and more.
Whether large or small, any contribution to Cal Poly Pomona is greatly appreciated and needed. There are many ways to lend a hand in providing accessible, affordable education:
- Money - Giving money through cash, check or credit card.
- Securities - Giving mutual funds, stocks and bonds.
- Real Estate - Giving real estate or property.
- Gifts in Kind - Giving anything of value, from artwork to items for auction at university fund-raising events.
- Planned Giving - There are many kinds of planned gifts, including bequests, gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts and retained life estates. These require preparation before they are made, but often help donors meet some of their life income and/or retirement goals, while making a gift to the university.
- Events - Attend university athletic events, music and theater performances, or one of our fund-raising events, including the annual Founders' Celebration.
- While you can feel good about supporting Cal Poly Pomona and its academic mission, there are also numerous tax benefits associated with charitable giving.
- If you feel ready to support the university with a gift of money, it can be done online accessing the university's secure sever at https://e-advancement.csupomona.edu/donate/index.html.
- If you would like to speak to a university representative, we invite you to contact UET Executive Director Scott Warrington by calling (909) 869-4997 or e-mailing scwarrington@csupomona.edu for more information. We can discuss with you any number of opportunities that can be initiated to make a difference in the lives of our students while meeting your own financial goals. Thank you!
