All TOM students must declare at least one of four emphases:

• Supply Chain Management
• Management of Technology
• Production Management
• Service Operations Management

A Directive Electives form with respect to one of the tracks above must be filled out to officially choose a track. The Directive Electives form is also required before applying for Graduation Check.

The following steps must be taken to declare an emphasis:

1. Pick up a Directive Electives form from the office (not downloadable since it is multi-page/multi-color/pressure transfer printed)
2. Discuss your chosen track with an Advisor.
3. Have the Advisor sign the Directive Electives form.
   You should make a copy of the form for your records.
4. Turn the Directive Electives into the Records Office.

5. To change Directive Electives, follow steps 1-4 above.
