Photography Policy
All requests for phtography by the Music Department should be made with the Music Department Publicist The Publicist does make it a priority to photograph all department concerts and performances within the confines of work schedules and avilability. If you want to guarantee that the Publicist will photograph a particular event, please make arrangements at least one week in advance. For special request photography, such as for class photos for projects, please schedule an appointment time with the Publicist. The Music Department digital camera is to be used only by the department Publicist. Requests for copies of digital photography will be fulfilled as soon as possible after a request is made according to the Publicist's schedule and availability. Copies of images will be provided on a CD or DVD provided by the requestor. Music Publicist
