2006 Student Video Contest

Cal Poly Pomona student teams entered several videos in the EDUCAUSE Computer Security Awareness Contest. One of the Cal Poly teams WON the top prize for single topic category. Cal Poly was privileged to help develop the contest and is currently helping to develop the 2007 contest.

CyberSecurity Fair 2006

The Cyber Security Fair - was held Thursday Oct. 26th, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. It turned out to be a great success. Several security vendors were present on the exhibit floor and security related presentations were held. There were many prizes and give-a-ways. Please click here to play the presentations.

Training Workshop

Cal Poly Pomona hosted the Title V Year Five training workshop at Kellogg West on May 25th, 2006. This event drew close to 100 people, many from Cal Poly Pomona. Click here for the schedule of events sponsored by Title and CSU San Bernardino.

Secure IT Conference 2005

The 3rd annual SecureIT Conference was held March 21-24, 2005 in Anaheim. Several faculty, staff and students from Cal Poly Pomona attended.

Information Assurance Symposium

The Infromation Assurance Curriculum & Regulatory Compliance Symposium was held at Kellogg West from December 8-10, 2005. This year's event was sponsored by Cal Poly Pomona, IP3 Inc and the CPP Center for Information Assurance. Click here for more information and a schedule.

CyberSecurity Fair 2005

The Cyber Security Fair - was held Thursday Oct. 27th, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. It turned out to be a great success. Several security vendors were present on the exhibit floor and security related presentations were held.
