	Instructional Methods African American Contemporary Issues will include lectures, reading and internet assignments, audio-visual presentations, group interactions, individual and group presentations, exercises, role-plays, and field trips.  All class activities, exercises and take-home assignments are designed to provide students with in-depth knowledge of events and forces that form and sustain African Diasporan communities.
