Pictures of S. Bryant

S. Bryant in Halloween costume (1998). (In which I look like an administrator, which is the scariest thing I can think of.)
Now, it looks like I shall become an administrator (but I won't look like the above, at least not often. KHAKIS RULE!). Currently, the plan is for me to take over as interim Liberal Studies Chair in Spring, 2000. In light of this, a colleague (who was interim Dean of Science for a while) to whom I once gave the following picture has now returned it to me with a suggestion that I post it next to the above picture:

(This picture is of a sign in the Chiricahua National Monument in SE Arizona. Obviously, I didn't pay attention)

S. Bryant looking more normal in about 1980 at a "60s" party (which, at the time, weren't even a decade old [as one who was there, to me, the sixties really lasted from the assassination of Kennedy to the resignation of Nixon, that is, from November 22, 1963 to August 9, 1974])
(With the highly intellectual "Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers" comics)

S. Bryant in early 1970s. Every ecologist should have a niche; here is mine.
This niche (with me as the statue) is in Canyon de Chelly.

S. Bryant at Santa Barbara Renaissance Fair gig 1998, waiting to play krumhorn & recorder.

S. Bryant catching flies on the floor of Death Valley. Late 1980s.
