Current Elections

• CRTP – The College of Engineering need to elect one CRTP Representatives for 2012-13 DEADLINE -- (UNTIL FILLED) Monday, October 8, 2012 at 5 p.m.
  
  

• University Curriculum Committee -- Library/Related Areas needs to elect a representative to the University Curriculum Committee. CSU Systemwide Service Opportunities

NOMINATIONS 2013-2015 CSU FACULTY TRUSTEE - The CSU Academic Senate is beginning the process of seeking nominees for a Faulty Trustee. The CSU Academic Senate Chair has sent a detailed memo with all requirements.  In addition each nominee needs to have the support of 50 faculty members to include in the nomination packet.  Below is a link to the CSU Academic Senate Chair memo with all requirements as well as the Petition Form for Faculty Trustee Nomination.    Nominating materials must be received by Monday, January 7, 2013 at noon in the Academic Senate Office 98 P2-8.

University Service Opportunities

The following are the service opportunities. Please click on the committee of interest.

LRC/ASI ADVISORY BOARD – One faculty representative to needed to serve on the LRC/ASI Advisory Board.  The Board provides input and support to the ASI Tutoring Program.  The Board meets once per quarter.  The term is for one year(2013). Interested individuals should submit their name and a brief statement of qualifications to senate@csupmona.edu by - DEADLINE – JANUARY 18, 2013 AT 5 P.M.

International Center Advisory Council – The International Center Advisory Council needs representatives from Agriculture, Business and Environmental Design.  The term is until June 2014.  Interested individuals should submit their name and a brief statement of qualifications to senate@csupmona.edu by - DEADLINE – JANUARY 18, 2013 AT 5 P.M.

IT GOVERNANCE WORKING GROUPS-- The IT Governance Working Groups listed below need faculty representation. The vacancies are university wide vacancies.

• IT GOVERNANCE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE – (2) one representative, two year term; one representative fall and winter quarters - all university

MPP Review Committees

MPP REVIEW COMMITEES – Full-time tenured or tenure-track faculty members are needed for the MPP Review Committee for the following dean.

• Michael Woo, Dean, College of Environmental Design - 4 needed

Search Committees

• Search Commitee - Associate Dean, College of Environmental Design --- The Executive Committee is recruiting three faculty members (tenured or tenure-track) to serve on the Search Committee for Associate Dean, College of Environmental Design.  Interested faculty members should submit their name and a brief statement of qualifications and interest to senate@csupomona.edu  DEADLINE – Thursday, December 6, 2012 at 5 p.m.
