About the Library

This page provides me an opportunity to share learning resources of a broad variety. The items not only span topics and knowledge, but file formats. File types vary. Many documents here are word processing documents stored as "rich text format".

Macintosh. and PC users with MS Word or any other major word processor should have no problems with the RTFfiles. RTF stands for "rich text format". Download the files. Get your word processor going, and click "File/Open" then go find the file.

Microsoft PowerPoint presentations are also featured here and on other pages of the site. Microsoft makes freely available it's "MS PowerPoint viewer". I suggest that you go to http://www.microsoft.com and try to find it (they move it around occasionally! It's often best at this site to put the terms into the Search box at the top of most pages.)

  Advanced Users
Regular users will download readings one at a time. Students with sufficient disk space may choose to download the entire library. For instructions, see these notes.

Many of the files require that you have Acrobat Reader installed in order to preview or print downloadable files. Go get it from Adobe! Before you do though, be sure it's OK to install on the machine where you're working.

Alternate Route to OB Library
The main link to the Org Behavior Library uses DHTML scrolling menu feautres which might challenge your browser. Here's an alternative view if you'd find it more convenient.
