Some personal information:

I am married to Sally Boyes-Hyslop, who taught marketing at Cal Poly for 19 years and just retired in late 2006 (although she still teaches some classes for the IBM Department). [sboyeshyslop@csupomona.edu]
I have a brilliant and beautiful daughter named Emily who recently turned five.
I have also been a lawyer for many years, and a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, the California Bar, the Ninth Circuit Bar, the U.S. Tax Court Bar, and the U.S. District Court Bar.
