Below: This is Pharough Lake (very nice) in NYS. This aluminum canoe is about 30 years old & we ratchet strap these garden cart wheels to the bottom. The canoe support isn't wide enough for the center of the canoe so we have to re-balence the load. I throw most of my gear inside a contractor's garbage bag (water resistant) & then a duffle bag. I went over a 30 foot waterfall in this canoe in March, a few years back running a gorge.
