My daughter, Debi (Dave's
grand niece) is a student at Tuffree Middle School in Placentia,
California. Tuffree has had "World War II night" for
a number of years and it is very popular and educational. We
offered to set up a display to tell about Dave in WWII and they
gladly accepted. The display was well received. What people enjoyed
the most were the photograph
of the five paratroopers in Italy, the hand
drawn map from Larry Dunlop, and the photograph
of the spot Dave was actually killed.
