Sciences including Professional Presentation Techniques, Family Housing and
Environment, and Undergraduate Seminar. Supervise Special Problems
and internship classes. Supervise student teachers in Food, Nutrition
and Consumer Sciences/Home Economics. Teach required classes for both the
Designated Subjects Credential in Adult and Vocational Education and the
Single Subjects Credential in Family and Consumer Sciences/Home
Economics.
