Expected Outcomes:

The student will be able to:

1. Develop individualized curriculum for vocational education programs.
2. Establish program competency objectives based on student needs and         interests.
3. Prepare individualized learning activity packages (LAPs) in areas of             special interest.
4. Incorporate subject matter areas of emphasis from current vocational           legislation into existing programs.
5. Measure student achievement to determine effectiveness of learning             experiences.
6. Assess program effectiveness in terms of planned activities, student               competency achievement, student follow-up reports, teacher                       qualifications, and student-community involvement.
