A great site produced by SUNY, Buffalo,  for viewing applets which demonstrate principles of semiconductor physics and devices.  Included are crystal structure, Fermi levels, pn junctions, bipolar junction transistors, MOS transistors and  more.

MathWorld (formerly Eric Weisstein's World of Mathematics)
 A comprehensive encyclopedia of mathematics covering topics from the AAA Theorem to the Zsigmondy Theorem and everything in between.
