3-Course Banfi Wine Dinner on Tuesday, May 14 at 6 p.m.
Enjoy Italian Wines from Banfi Vintners presented by VP of Wine Education, Sharron McCarthy. This special 3-course dinner is prepared by The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch students in coordination with two Collins College Alumni guest chefs, Chad Colby, Executive Chef of chi SPACCA in Los Angeles and Sheree Chang, Executive Sous Chef of SPQR in San Francisco. Reservations are required and are available for a limited number of seats at $60 per person, all inclusive.
A credit card is required at time of booking and will be charged the day of the event for the number of guests in your party's reservation. Cancellations 48 hours or less will be charged $25 per person
The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch receives many requests for private dining and banquets. Due to the nature of the restaurant being a working classroom/laboratory, banquets are limited to availability during operating hours. Please complete an event request form below if you are interested.
The restaurant can accommodate private groups up to 30 based on availability. Guests are welcome to order from a pre-set banquet menu or work directly with a chef on faculty to design a unique menu for their event. Depending on time of year, menus may feature items from the culinary garden or other Cal Poly Pomona-grown products.
Parking is free in the Kellogg West Conference Center and Lodge parking lot during the restaurant’s normal hours of operation.
Reservations and a banquet contract are required for any of the options to the left. Reservations are based on availability.
