Faculty and Staff


The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch is managed and operated by Collins College students. The RKR is a Cal Poly Pomona class that students take for credit under the watchful eye of industry veterans on the faculty and staff.

Faculty members Lesley Butler and Barbara Jean Bruin provide front-of-the-house instruction to the lunch and dinner classes, respectively. While Chef/Instructors Ernie Briones and Scott Rudolph provide culinary instruction to the lunch and dinner classes.

In addition to the faculty team, Jenesie Hardyman is the restaurant laboratory analyst and Chitra Perera is the culinary laboratory coordinator. Both Hardyman and Perera provide critical support for the on-going operations of the restaurant.
