RISE Program Application

Entry points into the RISE Program: Participants may begin their RISE participation at any of the three levels (Invitational, Intensive-Undergraduate, Intensive-Graduate), if they meet the selection criteria for the level in which they are interested. Applicants may be native CPP students (entered CPP as first-time, full-time freshmen) or transfer students.

Students may apply for admittance to the RISE Invitation for sophomores, the Intensive-Undergraduate for juniors or seniors, or the Intensive-Graduate for MS students. Participants will be selected from the applicant pool for each program level: 12 students for Invitation, 9 students for Intensive-Undergraduate, and 6 students for Intensive-Graduate.
All Intensive students (undergraduate and graduate) will be required to commit to TWO YEARS of research in order to give them the opportunity to obtain sufficient research data to present at a professional scientific meeting.
