The Council appraises the values of the same homes every six months. In April and October, the Council's Contributing Member Appraisers conduct drive-by appraisals of the subject homes in the Survey. The Survey results are presented as indexes of market prices of existing single family homes, annual percentage changes, and average prices in the sample.

The lastest Survey was conducted in April 2002.

The results of the April 2002 Survey appear - in detail - in the Council's 1st Quarter 2002 Real Estate & Construction Report, which is available to Members.
