The Council appraises the values of the same homes every six months. In April and October, the Council's Contributing Member Appraisers conduct drive-by appraisals of the subject homes in the Survey. The Survey results are presented as indexes of market prices of existing single family homes, annual percentage changes, and average prices in the sample.

The results of the Survey appear - in detail - in the Council's 1st and 3rd Quarter Real Estate & Construction Reports, which are available to Members.


The Council is grateful to the many Contributing Member Appraisers - individuals and companies - who contribute their time, resources and expertise to the Survey.
