The Registrar's Office provides an important link between academic policies of Cal Poly Pomona and our academic departments and students. It is the responsibility of the Registrar's Office to safeguard the security and integrity of information, while working toward providing fast and friendly service.
For the protection of student's right to privacy, the Registrar's Office ensures the University's compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

- Please note the following schedule adjustment to the Spring 2013 classes that meet on Mondays and/or Wednesdays:
Classes that are scheduled to meet on Monday, May 27 will not meet on that day due to the Memorial Day Holiday. These classes will meet instead on Wednesday, May 29.
Classes that are scheduled to meet on Wednesday, May 29 are cancelled.
These adjustments are made to ensure adequate number of instruction days for classes scheduled to meet on Mondays during the quarter. If you have any question about these adjustments, please contact the department office of the Spring 2013 class you are interested in taking. -
Online Transcript Ordering - Now Available!
Requests for official transcripts can be submitted online. - The waitlist process that moves students from waitlisted to enrolled status runs five times a day:
Monday through Friday, 7:00am, 10:00am, 12:00pm, 3:00pm, 6:45pm, and 9:30pm.
