Thank you for visiting Cal Poly Pomona's current online bids. Our e-procurement is hosted by the State of California on the BidSync website. If you are a new vendor please follow the instructions below to register on the system.
Registering with BidSync is easy and free. Please follow the link https://www.bidsync.com to access the homepage for BidSync . Click the 'register' button to access the supplier registration page. Step 1 allows you to chose the free registration option and move on to the registration page. You will complete a few pages of information and create a user name and password. Please allow 24 hours for the registration to be activated. The first time you login, the system will prompt you for an additional profile set-up and allow you to specify regions of interest.
Once you are registered, you will have access to many agencies. To find Cal Poly Pomona bids, select 'bid search' from the top banner.
Enter California as the region.
Under Organizations - select State of California
Under Departments - select CSU Pomona
All current bids for CSU Pomona will be listed for your consideration.
