Introduction

In order to make good decisions about priorities and resources, an organization needs to have a clear sense of its mission – that is, of what it is expected to do and wants to do. We took the first step in the P&R process this summer when we reviewed our mission statement and developed core values.

In developing and applying prioritization criteria we need to look for better ways to do things, and for opportunities to move the state of information technology at Cal Poly forward.
