Committee

To take the next step in the P&R process we have formed a P&R committee. The role of this committee will be to articulate criteria for making decisions about our priorities, to undertake the review of our projects to determine their relative priorities, and to make recommendations as to how where we should be devoting resources.

Committee members will provide information and seek input from others in their departments, but their role on the committee will not be to represent or advocate for their department. In developing and applying prioritization criteria we need to be open-minded and creative. We'll look for better ways to do things, and for opportunities to move the state of information technology at Cal Poly forward.
