Alarm Testing
Facilities Management
will be testing campus fire alarms on Saturday, July 13,
from 7 a.m. to the end of the day. Fire alarms will be tested in
all major buildings except for residence halls, the University Union,

Children's
Horse Camp
A summer horse camp will be held at the W.K. Kellogg Arabian Horse
Center from July 15 to 19 for children from 10 to
17 years of age. Campers will learn all aspects of equine care and
will also receive riding instruction. Lunch is included. The cost

Adolph
Wysocki Memorial Contributions
Memorial donations
in honor of Adolph Whysocki, a 28-year veteran of the Animal &
Veterinary Sciences department at Cal Poly Pomona, can be made to
the Gene Keating Horse Show Rodeo Scholarship Fund or the American

Summer Quarter Campus
Tours
The Visitor Center
will be conducting summer quarter campus tours from June 24
to August 30. Tours are available on Mondays, Wednesdays
and Fridays at 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. and on Tuesdays and Thursdays
at 9:30 a.m. Saturday tours will be offered on June 29, July
27 and August 24 at 9:30 a.m. Appointments are required.

Art Classes at Downtown
Center
Summer art classes for children will be held at the Cal Poly Pomona
Downtown Center. Beginning drawing (ages 8 to 12) will run from
June 26 to July 24 and advanced drawing (ages 14 to
17) will run from July 31 to August 28. Classes will
be held from 3 to 5 p.m. on Wednesdays. Painting courses will be
taught on Fridays from 3 to 5 p.m. with beginning painting (ages
8 to 12) running from June 28 to July 26 and advanced
painting (ages 13 to 17) running from August 2 through August
