Identify the forms of processing such as removal of toxins and fermentation, milling, controlled storage and packaging, blanching, cooking, freezing, etc.

Devise a three column chart (see sample below). Identify these processes, the technologies and the inventors of these technologies associated with inventions that have been meant to facilitate these means of processing food. Wherever possible, identify the processes and means invented by women.
