Our labs are outdoors
In the Ag Cropping Lab, we test, analyze, grow and harvest everything from wine grapes to hay to several varieties of tree fruit.
If you’re into plants, trees, other life forms (bugs, worms) and the ecosystems they live in, you’ll love Plant Sciences. We learn our science outdoors in acres of farmland with all kinds of food crops and ornamental plants. Sustainability rules. The professors know each of us personally. We work together in our clubs, doing community projects, taking trips and putting on events. It’s like family.
