I am currently living in Monterey Park and commute to school.  I’ve been attending Cal Poly ever since the fall of 2004. I started my collegiate career as a TOM major, but changed into MHR after finding interest during my MHR301 course. I’ve been a member of PIHRA since Winter 2007. It has been a unique experience as I have gained a lot of knowledge regarding the professional world. I feel that PIHRA is a good opportunity to get your feet wet in the world of management and human resources. The most beneficial aspect of PIHRA is probably the networking opportunities and the free pizza during meetings (just kidding).
