We want to take this opportunity to welcome everyone back and hopefully everyone had a fun and productive summer. PIHRA is an organization with the goal of guiding students in preparation for the advanced business world through networking opportunities, leadership development and offering resources to develop a better understanding of the HR field.
We currently have a dedicated executive board that is committed towards the improvement and quality of our PIHRA organization on campus.

PIHRA will be having its first general meeting on October 2nd in Building 6, Room 107 during University Hour, 12 noon to 12:50 p.m.  Any student interested in human resources, professional development, and networking is invited to join.  General meetings will consist of meeting and networking with professional guest speakers, workshops, seminars, and fun!

When: Every Tuesday, 12 noon to 12:50 p.m. (except the 3rd Tuesday of every month

Where: Building 6, Room 107

Cal Poly Pomona PIHRA will not have a meeting on the 3rd Tuesday of every month due to PIHRA District 15’s luncheon at the Pomona Valley Mining Company.  Luncheons will consist of networking with local District 15 (East San Gabriel and Pomona Valley area) professionals, lunch, and a workshop on an HR topic.  To RSVP, please email April at lingchen@csupomona.edu.

Due to the PIHRA Conference this month, District 15 has cancelled the luncheon.  Join us next month!
