Mr. Massie graduated with a B.S. in Physics from Cal Poly, Pomona, in 1978. He finished his Master's in Physics from Cal State, LA in 1982 and has held engineering positions in electro-optics and infrared systems engineering for over 25 years. He has published over 50 technical papers relating to advanced infrared sensor design and development and owns a company in Solvang CA (Nova Sensors) that develops such advanced sensors.
