To generate our 277.7 lecture FTE, we would have needed 277.7/2.049 = 136 WTU's.
Thus we SAVED the college 136-116 = 20 WTU's from our lecture scheduling.
To generate our 76.3 lab FTE, we would have needed 76.3/0.665 = 115 lab WTU's.
Thus, we SAVED the College 115-104 = 9 WTU's from our lab scheduling.
This translates into over $29, 000 that the College had from our efforts in the Winter quarter.
There are also many indirect savings in benefits, less need for office space, etc.
