Direct Deposit - Leave Balance Restrictions Eliminated
Good news! The requirement to maintain minimum vacation and sick leave balances in order to participate in Payroll's Direct Deposit Program has been eliminated.
Since the direct deposit enrollment process takes approximately 30-45 days, the only requirement for staff to now enroll in the program is that, if temporary, your appointment be for more than 90 calendar days.

Furloughs and Your Paycheck - This informal one hour lunch and learn session is designed to answer questions about furloughs. Workshops will be held on both August 11th and 19th, from noon to 1:00 p.m. (both dates). No registration needed.

Furlough Information for Managers - This workshop will provide guidance on payroll procedures required for implementation of the furlough program. This 90 minute workshop will be offered on two separate dates--August 11th or August 19th, from 10 - 11:30 a.m. (both dates). Attendance is limited to Management Personnel Plan (MPP) employees and no registration needed.

Holiday Observance Calendar for 2009 Now Available - View a calendar of holiday observances set for 2009 and details regarding the dates/number of days during the campus closure in the last week of December '09 that are not holiday observances and for which employees will be required to designate vacation, CTO, or personal holiday to cover. Please note this holiday calendar is for the calendar year 2009 and does not change the dates for the December '08 holiday observances and campus closure.
