Outstanding Advising Program

Process for Selection

One Outstanding Advising Program will be selected by Provost denBoer and Vice President Freer and honored at the reception. 

During the winter quarter, Academic Programs invites Student Affairs, Academic Support and Learning Services in Academic Affairs, and each college in Academic Affairs to submit two printed copies of the following nomination materials:

• The name of the Program;
• A detailed description of the contributions of the program together with supporting documentation;
• A description of the process that led to the nomination; and
• The name and contact information of the student who will present the award if the program is selected.

 

The nomination materials for Outstanding Advising Program, including supporting documentation, must not exceed 20 pages. Materials exceeding this limit will not be forwarded for consideration.
