Veteran and Military Freshman Orientation
You are required to attend a freshman orientation program before to enrolling at Cal Poly Pomona. This program is three days and two nights and includes academic advising and registration.
Because the freshman orientation program does not include information specific to veterans, our online eOrientation program for veterans will supplement the information you receive during the freshman program.
If your military service or training make it difficult for you to attend the on-campus program, you may request alternative arrangements for your academic advising and registration. If approved, completing the online eOrientation for veterans and an academic advising session will satisfy your mandatory orientation requirement.
Review the information about the on-campus program at Freshman Orientation.
Once you have paid your Enrollment Confirmation Deposit, register for your orientation session and pay your fees. The fees cover both the on-campus program and the eOrientation for veterans. Register as early as possible to reserve the session that best meets your needs.
Contact Orientation Services by phone or email for information about the eOrientation registration. You may complete the eOrientation online either before or after your on-campus orientation.
