Email & Voicemail Etiquette

Today, businesses rely on technology for quick dissemination in communication. Yet the benefit of speed can give rise to some problems.  Many people understand the importance of business letter etiquette, but often forget some of the same rules when composing professional email messages.  One half of a conversation becomes a lengthy message left in voicemails.
