Workshop Facilitator: Various Administrators from Cal Poly Pomona

In this inspiring program, you'll discuss what "professionalism" looks like and how to position yourself for advancement. First, you'll learn ways to take charge of your own development by various self-marketing tools. Next, you'll hear a variety of perspectives about attitudes and/or behaviors that are key to being regarded as a professional, i.e., how to conduct yourself in a way that demonstrates promotable/managerial potential.
