Mediation Workshop
Interested in discovering ways to create a better working environment for co-workers and staff? Mediation allows the disputants to explain their position and listen to the position of the other side. The resolution is then determined by the disputants. You’ll learn the what, when, why, and how to mediate, as well as how to listen actively. Be ready for an interactive workshop using your creative skills!
