Workshop Facilitator: Michael Linenberger
Date: Wednesday, October 8
Location: CLA, Room C5-15 (Computer lab)
Time: 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
An out-of-control workday often stems from two problems: Lack of an effective system to manage tasks, and lack of an effective way to manage actionable incoming communications such as e-mail. This workshop addresses how to solve these two problems using Microsoft Outlook. It’s taught by Michael Linenberger, author of the bestselling book on the topic (participants will receive a copy of his book). Participants must complete minor configurations to their Outlook in advance of the class; a CD will be provided as a guide -- configurations will take 20-45 minutes of uninterrupted time. Actual time-saving techniques will be covered in the workshop. Note: This offering will be in Office 2007.
