You know that Cal Poly Pomona is a learning-centered university, and you have an idea of what that means. But how does it specifically impact your daily responsibilities? How can we re-frame our ideas about what we currently do into a learning-centered perspective? And how do we ensure that as we move forward, we are constantly mindful of learning-centeredness in our job?
This workshop begins with an overviews of learning-centeredness and ends with an examination of how our specific tasks can (and should) be learning-centered through assessment and continuous improvement.
