Essentials of Excellent Customer Service

Whether you deal with customers face to face or over the telephone you will benefit greatly from this workshop.  Consider just a few of the customer service techniques you will learn: How to handle the five most common customer complaints, angry customers with diplomacy and tact,  and how to master the subtle communication the techniques that make the difference between a positive customer service relationship and tense one.
