Ethics in the Workplace

Ethics in the Workplace

Most of us have a good sense of what is ethical (and unethical) at work, especially when the choices between actions are clear. But what about those situations in which either choice might be "right?" How do we decide which is "more right?" In this session we'll review basic ethical concepts, discuss ways to make more appropriate decisions, and address options for sharing concerns about ethical dilemmas in the workplace.
