Elder Care: Practical Tips & Resources for Caregivers

Most elderly people want to live in their own homes for as long as possible. However, family members have concerns about their safety and security. There are practical tips and resources to make changes more manageable. Develop ways to assess the situation; strategies to adapt home environments; and learn about continuum of care options, and how CPPLifeMatters can help.
