Communication with Diplomacy and Professionalism

Discover how to build and strengthen speaking, writing and interpersonal communication skills, stay in control of any situation and manage responsibilities with tact, poise and polish.

You will learn:

    • Sure-fire ways to prevent or reduce defensive behavior
