Pre-requisite: Completion of beginning or intermediate MS Word course or equivalent/knowledge and experience.

  • Creating tables
          Moving and typing in a table
          Inserting/deleting rows and columns
          Resizing columns
          Merging and splitting cells
          Adding borders and shading
          Adjusting row heights
          Move and copy rows
          Creating a multi-page header row
    How to copy text formatting
    Creating and using custom styles
    Generating an automatic table of contents
    Updating a table of contents
    Using custom styles in the table of contents
    Using a template
    How to save a custom template
    Creating and saving a Form
    Using an on-line (fill-in) Form
    Creating and using custom bullets
    Creating and using custom numbering
    How to use a multi-level outline
    Sorting an entire document
    Sorting a portion of a document
    Customizing the toolbar
    Inserting pictures & clipart into a document
    How to wrap text around a picture
    How to edit a pictures
    Manipulating text with the WordArt feature
    Creating and deleting document watermarks
