To register for this event, you will need to do BOTH of the following:

1. Fill out and return the registration form below to Mr. George Wilson at NSF, indicating your planned attendance for both the general sessions and the individual directorate sessions in the afternoon. You have three options of submitting your completed registration form:

You can fax it to (703) 292-9173, attention to George Wilson
You can mail it to National Science Foundation, Office of Legislative and Public Affairs,
4201 Wilson Blvd., Room 1245, Arlington, VA 22230, Attn: George Wilson

2. After completing and submitting your completed registration form above. You will need to pay online for your registration fees and parking (if you wish to purchase it together with your registration fee instead of purchasing it on the day of the event).
To pay online now, visit https://e-advancement.csupomona.edu/nsfday. Once your payment is processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation which can be used as a receipt. Registration deadline is November 10, 2008.
